Our food is made of simple flavors and authentic cuisine is traditional but at the same time constantly renewed. We pride ourselves on always use fresh products and to make each dish with our hands without use of convenience foods.
The Florentine steak is the main dish, cooked on the grill using charcoal best and finest loins. Similarly propose Alpina fillets, green pepper or grilled roast.
But the pasta should not be underestimated: the chef Rachel prepares homemade noodles, macaroni, gnocchi and ravioli. Also the game is one of our specialties in fact you can find wild boar, pappardelle with hare or other types of meat in accordance with the hunting seasons. Rachel always will delight you, if you will, with its sweet, from the classic to the trio of tiramisu cheesecake, ice cream or jam tarts with which she produced.
Moreover, for each season you will find first-fruits of all kinds as the white truffle of San Miniato, mushrooms or ovules, berries Abetone and more. We use only extra virgin olive oil of our hills produced by the maternal grandfather and dop specific products such as white beans Sorana.
The wines to accompany these dishes are mainly Tuscan Chianti Classico in particular, the various Supertuscans, the Morellino, Brunello di Montalcino and many wines of Bolgheri. Nothing remains but to invite you to taste these specialties to be able to judge for yourself!
