The history of this restaurant is actually a "family business" in the sense that it encompasses the passion of three generations that from the fifties to the present day have followed one another with commitment and will to create this magical place that today has become the restaurant La Cabin.
Our StoryOur cuisine is made of simple and authentic flavors, it is a traditional cuisine but at the same time constantly renewed. We pride ourselves on always using fresh products and making each dish with our hands without any use of semi-preparations.
Our SpecialtiesWe present some of our specialties. The Florentine steak is the main dish, cooked on the grill using the best charcoal and the finest loins. Similarly, we offer Alpine fillets, green pepper or mixed grilled roasts.
The meat Tartare is made with selected Chianina meat, and within our menu it represents a valid alternative to grilled meat and much more.
The Tordelli represent a classic of Tuscan cuisine, they are made entirely by hand according to the traditions handed down by the family.
The steak "La Baita" is the main dish of our restaurant, cooked on a charcoal grill, with porcini mushrooms and fried artichokes, it is a real delight.
